Requirement: Assess a project which had been left dormant for approximately four years. The project was initially undertaken by a general contractor that became insolvent.
The GeoFocus Group’s team of strategic advisors and construction managers assisted community leaders to position themselves to conduct a condition survey and defect analysis of the development.
Retained at approximately the 40% complete stage The GeoFocus Group endeavored to facilitate the revival of the development by attempting to bring together the trade contractors that had participated in and or were contracted by the original general contractor.
The GeoFocus Group was instrumental in assisting the community to restart and complete the construction of the state of the art 165,000 square foot Mosque, community centre, school and world class library and research centre.
